Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

ShoesForKids.ie will gladly refund, exchange or credit your purchase within 14 days of date shown on invoice.

• In order for goods to be refunded, exchanged or credited:
• Shoes must be unworn and only fitted when on a clean surface
• Shoes must be in their original condition
• Shoes must be returned in their original box
• Please note, wear and tear is not a manufacturing Fault.

All returns, exchanges and credits must be accompanied with the original receipt

Refunds are always processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods using the original method of payment at the time of purchase.

We will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning goods we would recommend that you use recorded delivery as you can track the delivery. ShoesForKids are not responsible for goods that are lost in the post or missing.

Note: We are an online & bricks and mortar business, whilst we endeavor to send out box fresh shoes where possible, some shoes may have been on display or tried on in store.

Exchanges

If you a wishing to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please send an email to frankfahyabbey@gmail.com  letting us know what item(s) you require so that we can check availability and if available place them on hold for you. All items will be held for 7 days. If your return parcel and receipt have not been received by then the item(s) will no longer be reserved for you.

Delivery

Once the payment for your goods has been cleared during business hours, we aim to dispatch your goods on the same day for delivery.

In the unlikely event that the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you through email and issues a refund right-away.

Security and Payments

All transactions which take place on ShoesForKids.ie website are processed securely through Stripe payments systems. ShoesForKids has no access to any of your card or payment details.

Privacy Policy

Information which ShoesForKids.ie hold is the name of customer, Delivery address, email and telephone to get in contact.

ShoesForKids.ie will not release any of the customers information to third parties unless it is given that we are providing you with a service such as your address so that the item can be delivered to your address.

Shoesforkids.ie will not share your information to any other third party or marketing company’s or services.

Pricing and Tax

All prices shown are in Euro and are inclusive of any VAT payable in Ireland. ShoesForKids.ie are not responsible for any additional taxes or import costs for orders delivered to outside the EU.

Should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error or incorrect information from suppliers Shoesforkids.ie reserve the right to cancel, refuse or decline any orders listed at the incorrect price whether the order has been confirmed or not.

Prices quoted on this web store are for internet sales only.

Lost Items

We aim to dispatch your item on the same day of placed order, if ordered during business hours, and once dispatched, Our courier partner’s should deliver next day or in some cases, the following day. 

If there is a delay in getting your package to you, please contact us, we would like to know about it and we would like to sort it out for you.
