Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express. All payments and transaactions are taken via Shopify payments systems.

Transactions which take place on Shoesforkids.ie website are processed securely through Stripe payments systems.

 Shoesforkids.ie has no access to any of your card or payment details

How long will delivery take?

Any Orders placed before 5pm will collected by our courier partners on the same day, for next day delivery. Any delays will be due to exceptional volume and adverse weather conditions.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Shoesforkids use stripe for all payment. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Stripe to power our online payments.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We endeavour to have your goods shipped to you within 1-2 working days of placing the order within the Republic of Ireland.

We aim to have all orders placed before 5pm Monday to Saturday delivered next day. We are however, dependent on our courier partners and deliveries can be affected by high volumes, unprecedented weather conditions, events and incorrect addresses.

We offer free delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We ask that you use the card holder’s address when ordering and, an alternative delivery address can be put in the separate delivery address.
You will receive a confirmation email.
