Refund policy

At Shoes4kids.ie, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help! You can return, exchange, or receive store credit for your items within 14 days of delivery.

To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following in mind:

• Shoes should be unworn and only tried on clean surfaces.

• They must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Include the original receipt with your return.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days of receiving the goods, using the original payment method.

Please note that we can only refund the price of the goods, not the postage charges. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using recorded delivery when returning items so you can track the package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or missing in the post.

• Scuffed shoes is not a manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns on worn or scuffed shoes.
